Plot W06 Wembley Park Development – London

Client – Designer Group

Forming part of the 85-acre mixed-use regeneration of Wembley Park, Plot W06 is a mixed-use development consisting of a 150,000 sq ft, nine-storey commercial office building and a 150 build-to-rent apartment block of 11 storeys.

MWS successfully carried out the full Water Treatment and Commissioning package on this project.

Wembley Park Energy Centre – London Client – Kirby Group
MWS successfully completed the Water Treatment and Commissioning services of the Energy Centre Distribution Network inclusive of the 2 x 75,000 Litre Thermal Stores.
Wembley Park District Heating – London Client – Eneteq
Separated in to 5 phases due to the size and nature of this Development, MWS assisted our client throughout the programme to ensure the smooth handover of the extensive Underground District Heat Network (UDHN).
