Part of the North West Construction Hub framework, The Playhouse includes a flexible theatre with capacity for between 320 and 472 seats, digital gallery, visitor centre, additional performance spaces including an outdoor performance garden, coffee shop and office space.  Home to the only 17th Century style timber theatre outside of London, it is anticipated to attract 140,000 visitors a year. MWS successfully carried out the full turn-key Water Treatment and Commissioning package on this project
