I have ten years’ experience working in a collections environment, and six years in Credit Control, before coming to MWS early 2014, I worked for an large international company for five years where I worked with a number of MWS clients, which has given me a great insight into how many of our clients work.

I have studied Credit Management and have a Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service, both of these I have done in my own time, as I am keen to deliver the highest standards for our clients to maintain and grow long lasting relationships.
