Set in the National Forest in 330 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland, the centre is the training base for the 24 England teams.

The complex consists of a full-sized indoor third generation football pitch equipped with viewing gallery for up to 200 people, a 60m x 40m multi-purpose indoor sports hall, eleven full size outdoor pitches, one elite DESSO raining pitch which is an exact replica of Wembley, a running track, training hill, four sports pavilions for briefings and training analysis, some with catering and changing facilities and a sports medicine centre.

Included amongst the centre’s cutting edge facilities are a hydrotherapy suite, a human performance lab complete with altitude chamber, a functional rehabilitation gym, a strength and conditioning gym, a 60m 3 lane running track with video gait and biomechanical analysis, physiotherapy treatment rooms and doctors consulting rooms.

Also on site is a Hilton Hotel and a Hampton by Hilton Hotel offering a combined total of 228 air conditioned guest rooms, an executive lounge, health club and spa, 500 person capacity ballroom and conferencing facilities.
